Use the support form when you need direct, private help with account-specific issues (e.g., login problems, billing errors, blocked access, security concerns), technical malfunctions not covered in the Help Center, or violations requiring immediate moderation (e.g., harassment, impersonation). Support tickets are confidential and receive personalized responses. Use the feedback tool (via the in-app icon or Help Center > Feedback Portal) for feature requests, bug reports affecting multiple users, suggestions for new functionality, or general platform ideas. Feedback posts are public, community-upvotable, and feed directly into the Roadmap and Changelog. Choosing the correct channel ensures your concern is routed appropriately and contributes most effectively to platform improvement or resolution.
