Submitting a support request through the in-app form

When self-help resources in the Featurebase-powered Help Center are insufficient, Adrenaline Realm provides a direct in-app support form for personalized assistance with account issues, technical problems, billing inquiries, or policy-related concerns. This form ensures your request reaches the support team efficiently.

To submit a request, tap the account icon in the bottom right-hand corner to open your Profile view, then tap the gear icon (settings) in the top-right and select “Help Center” or “Contact Support.” Choose “Submit a Support Request” to open the form. Provide your email (pre-filled from your account), a clear subject line, a detailed description of the issue (including steps to reproduce, screenshots if applicable, device model, OS version, and app version), and attach relevant files. Submit the form; you will receive a confirmation with a ticket number. Track progress via in-app notifications or email updates. The form is available to all users and is the primary channel for urgent or private matters that cannot be resolved through the public Help Center or feedback portal.
