Ratings (1–5 stars) and written reviews appear on your business profile after user interactions (e.g., services, purchases, or visits), focusing on aspects such as quality, pricing, professionalism, and timeliness. Access reviews by navigating to your Profile view via the account icon in the bottom right-hand corner, then selecting the "Reviews" or "Ratings" tab.
To respond, tap a specific review, compose a professional reply (up to 1,000 characters) acknowledging the feedback, thanking the user, addressing concerns constructively (e.g., offering resolution for negative experiences), and highlighting positives where applicable. Responses are public, visible to all users, and should remain courteous and solution-oriented. Verified businesses may also request review moderation if content violates guidelines (e.g., spam or harassment). Proactive engagement—replying promptly (ideally within 48 hours), following up privately via messages if needed, and using feedback to improve services—enhances reputation and aggregate scores. Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews through in-person prompts or follow-up messages.
