Adrenaline Realm (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining the trust of our vehicle enthusiast community. This Data Safety and Account Deletion Policy explains how we handle your data and the specific steps you can take to manage or delete your account and associated information in compliance with the requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

1. Data Collection & Safety (Google Play Data Safety)

For our community to function, we collect and store certain information:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, and age (to ensure the 18+ requirement).

  • User Content: Posts, images, and comments shared within the Adrenaline Realm community.

  • Location Data: If you use the Events Map, we collect approximate location data to show you relevant local events.

  • Security: All data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS) and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Moderation

To ensure a safe and respectful community, Adrenaline Realm has implemented:

  • Reporting Tools: Users can report any content or person that violates our Community Guidelines.

  • Blocking Features: Users can block other members directly within the app.

  • Active Moderation: Our team reserves the right to remove any content or accounts that are deemed harmful or inappropriate.

3. Account Deletion (Apple App Store Requirement)

We believe you should have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data, you can initiate deletion using any of the following methods:

  1. Help Center Deletion Page (Official Link): Visit https://adrenalinerealm.com/account-management-login and follow the instructions.

  2. In-App Deletion: Go to your Profile Settings -> Account Management -> Delete Account.

  3. Email Request: You can also email us at support@adrenalinerealm.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

What happens to your data?

  • Upon deletion, your profile, personal details, and posts will be permanently removed from our active databases.

  • Some data may be retained for a limited period in backups or for legal and compliance reasons (e.g., in Idaho, to comply with liability and tax laws).

4. Custom EULA (Apple Requirement)

By using Adrenaline Realm, you are governed by our Terms of Service, which serves as our Custom End User License Agreement (EULA). This includes our specific liability protections for automotive events and enthusiast activities.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Timeline

Upon receiving a deletion request:

  • Immediate Deactivation: Your profile, vehicle builds, and event registrations will be removed from public view immediately.

  • 30-Day Grace Period: We retain your data for a period of thirty (30) days in a secure "soft-deleted" state to allow for account recovery in case of accidental deletion.

  • Permanent Erasure: After 30 days, your personal data is permanently purged from our active databases. This includes your contact information, location history, and profile media.

  • Aggregated/Anonymized Data: We may retain non-identifiable, anonymized data (e.g., vehicle trends, aggregate event attendance statistics) for platform improvement and analytical purposes.

  • Legal Obligations: Certain data may be retained for longer periods if required by law, for tax purposes, or to comply with valid legal processes.

6. Consequences of Account Deletion

Please be aware that deleting your account is a permanent action:

  • All progress on your "Build Threads" or community reputation will be lost.

  • You will lose access to any private groups or local organizations you have joined.

  • Any promotional offers or saved events on your Events Map will be removed.

  • This action cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period has expired.

7. Changes to this Policy

Adrenaline Realm may update this Data Safety and Account Deletion Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify users of any significant changes via the app or through our website.
