Welcome to Adrenaline Realm. We’re here to build a dedicated, verified space for vehicle enthusiasts—from gearheads and collectors to weekend warriors—to share your builds, meet your people, and dive deep into automotive culture. These Community Guidelines keep the vibe friendly, the conversations real, and the community “no-ego.”
1. Respect the Build (All of Them)
We’re into all forms of motorized passion—cars, motorcycles, off-road rigs, UTVs, classics, and everything in between.
No Gatekeeping: Whether it’s a full restoration, a budget build, a daily driver, or your first mod, treat it with respect.
Keep It Constructive: Give feedback like you’d want to receive it—helpful, specific, and not personal.
2. Respectful Conduct (Zero Tolerance)
You’re welcome here. Period.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment, Hate Speech, or Bullying: Don’t target people, dogpile them, threaten them, or make it personal.
No Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred or violence, or attacks people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or similar protected characteristics is not allowed.
3. Verified Business Rules (No Spam, No Random Ads)
Adrenaline Realm is for real connections—not noise.
Verified Partners Only for Ads: Only verified partners/businesses may post advertisements or promotions (or as otherwise allowed by us in designated areas).
Spam Is Prohibited: Don’t flood the feed, mass-DM people, or post repetitive/engagement-bait content.
No Intrusive or Misleading Promotions: Don’t push unrelated products, drop links everywhere, or run aggressive promotions.
4. Content Safety (Keep It Legal and Not NSFW)
We want the platform to be safe and usable for everyone.
No Illegal Activity: Don’t post content that facilitates or promotes illegal activity.
No Pornography or Explicit Sexual Content: Keep it clean and community-friendly.
No Extreme Violence: Graphic, gory, or shock-content is not allowed.
5. Automotive Safety (Public Roads Aren’t a Playground)
We want you around to enjoy the next meet, the next cruise, and the next build.
Don’t App and Drive: Never use the Adrenaline Realm app while operating a motor vehicle. Pull over first.
Keep Meets Legal: If you meet up with people you found through the app (including via the Events Map), follow all local laws, venue rules, and traffic regulations.
No Reckless Driving Content: Don’t post or promote reckless driving on public roads, illegal street racing, takeovers, or dangerous stunts.
5. Community-Driven (We Listen)
This platform is shaped by the people who use it.
Feedback Matters: If you have ideas, feature requests, or something feels off, tell us. We actively listen and build based on community feedback.
Help Us Improve: Report issues, bad behavior, or spam so we can keep the space solid.
6. Reporting (How to Flag Issues)
If you see content or behavior that breaks these guidelines:
Use In-App Reporting: Tap the Report option on the post, profile, message, or comment and choose the closest reason.
Add Context (If You Can): A short note helps us review faster (what happened, where, and why it’s an issue).
Email Us: If you can’t report in-app (or it’s urgent), contact us at support@adrenalinerealm.com.
7. Enforcement
If you break these guidelines, we may remove content, limit features, suspend your account, or permanently ban you. We’ll make the call based on what happened and what keeps the community safe and welcoming.
Warnings: For minor or first-time issues, we may issue a warning and/or remove content.
Temporary Bans: For repeated violations or more serious behavior, we may temporarily suspend your account or restrict features.
Permanent Account Removal: For severe violations (including harassment/hate speech, illegal content, or dangerous behavior) or repeated violations, we may permanently remove your account.
Event Liability Waiver and Release
IMPORTANT: BY PARTICIPATING IN EVENTS LISTED ON THE ADRENALINE REALM EVENTS MAP, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS WAIVER.
1. Assumption of Risk
I, the user, acknowledge that participating in automotive events, meetups, cruises, and exhibitions involves inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, and death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending any event discovered or organized through the Adrenaline Realm platform.
2. Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Adrenaline Realm, its founders (Zeus and Omen), employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during an event.
3. Personal Responsibility
I understand that Adrenaline Realm provides the Events Map for informational purposes only. Adrenaline Realm does not own, operate, or supervise the events listed (unless explicitly stated). I am solely responsible for my own conduct, the operation of my vehicle, and compliance with all Idaho and local traffic laws.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adrenaline Realm from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in an event.
5. Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho.
DMCA and Copyright Policy
Adrenaline Realm respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond to notices of alleged infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
1. Reporting Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Adrenaline Realm, please notify our agent at support@adrenalinerealm.com with the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the URL or specific location within the app).
Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@adrenalinerealm.com containing:
Your signature.
Identification of the material that was removed.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake.
Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Idaho.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Adrenaline Realm reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others.
