About Event Liability Waiver and Safety Guidelines

This Event Liability Waiver and Safety Guidelines ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "User," or "you") and Adrenaline Realm ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Adrenaline Realm Events Map, attending any event listed on the Adrenaline Realm platform, or participating in any community-organized gathering, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Assumption of Risk (Voluntary Participation)
You understand and agree that attending, participating in, or organizing automotive events, meetups, and activities involving motorized vehicles (including but not limited to cars, motorcycles, off-road rigs, UTVs, and classics) is voluntary and may be dangerous. You choose to participate at your own risk.
You acknowledge that automotive events involve inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to loud noise, moving vehicles, crowds, uneven or slippery surfaces, limited visibility, weather conditions, mechanical failures, and the actions or inactions of other participants, spectators, organizers, venue owners, or third parties.
Risks include, but are not limited to, property damage, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, and death. These risks may result from your own actions, the actions of others, the condition of the venue (including parking lots, streets, weather, and surfaces), the nature/condition of vehicles, or other hazards that may be known or unknown at the time.
2. Release and Waiver of Liability (Adrenaline Realm)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby forever release, waive, and discharge Adrenaline Realm, its founders (including Zeus and Omen), employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to any accident, injury (including death), illness, or property damage (including damage to your vehicle or other property) that you may suffer or cause in connection with any event found on, promoted through, attended because of, or organized using the Adrenaline Realm Events Map—even if such claims are alleged to be caused in whole or in part by a Released Party’s negligence, except to the extent such release is prohibited by law.
This waiver and release applies to all claims of any kind, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising from or relating to your attendance at or participation in an event.
You understand that Adrenaline Realm does not provide medical, safety, security, traffic control, supervision, or insurance coverage for community events unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.
3. Safety Guidelines and Code of Conduct
Adrenaline Realm is built on the foundation of authentic passion and community. To protect the community and keep meets welcome for everyone, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
Compliance with Law and Venue Rules: You must obey all local, state, and federal laws, including all traffic laws, parking regulations, speed limits, noise ordinances, and any venue/property rules or instructions from the property owner, event organizer, or staff.
Strict No Reckless / Excessive Noise Policy (Public Meets): Street racing, "takeovers," drifting, burnouts, "two-stepping," excessive revving, reckless driving, or any other unsafe or disruptive behavior at or near event locations is strictly prohibited. Excessive noise that disturbs the venue, nearby businesses, or residents is also prohibited. If you want to push limits, do it at a legal track or sanctioned venue.
Don’t App and Drive: You agree not to use the Adrenaline Realm Community App while operating a moving vehicle.
Respect the Venue: Treat event locations and local businesses with respect. Leave no trace and follow the specific rules of the property owner or event organizer.
Sobriety: Participation in any motorized event while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgment or motor skills is strictly forbidden.
4. Third-Party Events
You acknowledge that many events listed on the Adrenaline Realm Events Map are organized by third parties. Adrenaline Realm does not own, control, or supervise these events. We make no representations or warranties regarding the safety, legality, or conduct of third-party organizers or attendees.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adrenaline Realm (including its founders, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, penalties, fines, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your participation in or organization of any event listed on or coordinated through the Events Map; (b) your breach of this Agreement or the Safety Guidelines; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) your acts or omissions, including any injury, death, or property damage you cause to any person or entity.
Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you are financially responsible for, and will pay for, any damage, cleanup, repairs, towing, fines, citations, fees, costs, or other expenses arising from or related to your actions or omissions (including damage to venues, property, vehicles, or personal property) in connection with any event.
6. Media Release
By attending an Adrenaline Realm event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. You grant Adrenaline Realm a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute photos, audio, and video that may include your likeness, vehicle image, username/handle, and voice in promotional materials, social media posts, and on the Adrenaline Realm platform, without compensation to you.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be filed in the courts located in Idaho.

9. Severability
If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full legal force and effect.
BY USING THE ADRENALINE REALM EVENTS MAP OR ATTENDING AN ADRENALINE REALM LISTED EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM VOLUNTARILY.
