Ensure the app has background refresh permission and is not restricted by battery optimization.

For messaging, check your internet connection and restart the app. Verify recipients have not blocked you or muted the chat. Test by sending a message to yourself or a known active contact. If notifications fail, toggle Do Not Disturb off and restart your device. Re-login to the app if sync issues occur. For persistent problems, clear cache or reinstall the app, then report via Settings > Help Center > Contact Support, including device/OS version and screenshots.
