A recovery email will arrive from no-reply@adrenalinerealm.com with a secure link or code; follow instructions to set a new password. For 2FA-related issues (e.g., lost authenticator access), use backup codes generated during setup or request recovery via verified email/phone. If additional verification is needed, provide details such as recent activity or linked information per prompts. To enable or manage 2FA proactively, go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication; select methods like authenticator app (preferred), SMS, or backup codes, and store recovery codes securely offline.
