About Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Adrenaline Realm mobile application, website (adrenalinerelm.com or any related domains), and all associated services, features, content, and technologies (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Adrenaline Realm, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Adrenaline Realm”).

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Adrenaline Realm. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, legal requirements, or our business practices. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes (e.g., via in-app notification, email to your registered address, or a notice on the Platform). Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

1. Eligibility and Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use the Platform. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

You meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. All information you provide during registration or use is accurate, current, and complete. You will maintain the accuracy of your account information. You will not create accounts for others without authorization or use the Platform if previously suspended or terminated.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

2. User Content and Communications

You retain ownership of content you post, upload, or share on the Platform (“User Content”), including photos, videos, text, vehicle profiles, comments, messages, event posts, and Realms content. By posting User Content, you grant Adrenaline Realm a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, modify (for technical purposes, such as formatting), and make available your User Content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Platform and its features.

This license ends when you delete the content or your account (subject to reasonable time for processing and backups). You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to post User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. “Communications” include private/group messages, comments, feedback submissions, and interactions within Realms or events. End-to-end encryption applies to private messaging where implemented; however, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.

3. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

Post, share, or transmit illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringing content. Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights). Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliations. Engage in spam, scams, unauthorized commercial activity, or manipulation of ratings/reviews. Upload malware, viruses, or attempt to interfere with the Platform’s operation or security. Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data without express permission. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code. Circumvent verification processes or create fake accounts. Post private information of others without consent. Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes (except as permitted for verified businesses).

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or at our sole discretion.

4. Verification (KYC and KYB)

Individual Know Your Customer (KYC) and business Know Your Business (KYB) verification are optional but encouraged to unlock enhanced trust features (e.g., verified badges). Providing false information during verification may result in immediate suspension or termination. We may deny, revoke, or suspend verification at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or policy violations.

5. Business Features and Advertising

Only verified businesses may post promotional content, advertisements, or sponsored material. Businesses must complete our rigorous vetting process (documentation review, references, compliance checks). Unauthorized advertising or self-promotion is prohibited. We may remove non-compliant content. A transparent, bidirectional rating system allows users to rate businesses and verified businesses to rate customer interactions. Ratings must reflect genuine experiences; manipulation, fake reviews, or extortion is prohibited.

6. Realms, Events, and Community Features

Users may create, join, and moderate public or private Realms (custom forums) and post/discover events or hangouts. Realm owners are responsible for moderation within their spaces (subject to our Community Guidelines). We are not liable for user-organized events, transactions, or interactions in Realms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including logos, design, software, and original content (excluding User Content), is owned by Adrenaline Realm or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described therein.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, legal requirements, or any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions survive (e.g., licenses granted, indemnification, limitations of liability). You may delete your account at any time via the in-app settings or by contacting support.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access; accuracy of content; or safety of real-world interactions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adrenaline Realm, its founders (Zeus and Omen), officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adrenaline Realm and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement.

Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent. Contact: For questions, contact support@adrenalinerelm.com.
